No Hot Water!

Hot water, something we all take for granted.
You know what its like. Your sibling uses all the hot water and you have to shower in the cold. Well my hot water heater recently carked it and I had to put up with one bucket shower and a shower using a solar camp shower bag with wierd smelling water. For those who havent seen a camp shower ours is similar to this.

Lucky we are getting a solar hot water system and have a temporary one installed right now so I can have hot showers!

Getting it out!

I have recently developed a, sometimes painful, addiction for bar turns scrubs and whips. Ummm... minds gone blank so I will just put up some pics
It's also horribly gone wrong sometimes, heres my shins for evidence. My left leg was done when I couldn't bail and landed on gravel. My right leg was when my foot slipped off the pedal over the road Gap at stanhope and one of the pins took a chunk out of my shin.
Nothing left to write about but went to Ray Owen a few days back. Its been improved with tarmac on the berms and the jumps redone and marked. I don't have a clue how Kristyan could have broken his collar bone because I couldn't carry much speed into the doubles.

Building at benbullen and my place

Sean and I hit up Benbullen yesterday, with a couple of shovels and a hoe. We fixed the jump on the left, added a gapped landing and ended up building a berm behind it to link it to the other jump.
We put in a b line for those using Benbullen as an access point for other trails. The end result was pretty sick.
We were getting some footage of the berm and Sean wanted me to go faster and when I go fast I go fast. As I hit the berm the front of the bloody thing shifted underneath my front wheel and I was jackknifed and chucked into the ground.
The day before that we rebuilt the first at my place. I needed more space for a landing so we shifted the whole ramp back a few meters and rebuilt the landing. This is a before photo but we don't have any good afters so ill stick this in here.
A few good days of building.
Today we're going back to build a double should be good. Will keep you updated, getting back in the routine of posting and maintaining this blog.
